The Youth Ensemble is comprised of pre-professional students who are chosen by DTT’s Artistic Faculty. These dancers experience professional performance opportunities alongside our resident company artists. Dance Theatre of Tennessee 2010-2011 youth ensemble members range in age from 12-17.

Current members have been accepted into summer intensives at Harid Conservatory, American Ballet Theatre (ABT), The Kirov Academy, Boston Ballet, The Joffrey NY, The Nutmeg Conservatory, Interlochen Center for the Arts, TN Governor's School for the Arts, Atlanta Ballet, and more.

Additionally, members of this ensemble have been offered year round scholarships to study at Harid Conservatory, The Kirov Academy, and The Nutmeg Conservatory in Connecticut.
