In reply to George. Hi, George. I am sorry you had that experience at Old Navy. I'm sure it can differ from store to store but you can definitely find jeans from the brand online in a 28". If you need shorter than 28" I highly recommend checking out some of our recommended short guy brands including Ash & Erie and Peter Manning NYC. Thanks for reading!

Just drove to Old Navy based on this websites recommendation as having inseam pants below 30”. Yup, you guessed it, not a SINGLE pair of pants below 30”. All were 30” inseam or higher. May want to edit your article and remove Old Navy.

In reply to Jim. I just bought Land's End jeans in a 28" inseam and they were at least 3" too long. Plus, they charge you $7 to return them unless you do so at a Land's End store.

If I may add, Jimmy Au’s For Men 5’8″ and Under in Sherman Oaks, CA also carries short rise jeans in 30″, 29″ and some 28″ inseams. Made of premium denim in 4 short rise fits; classic (think dad jeans for shorter guys), modern fit (slimmer fit), slim fit, and a tapered fit (modern fit in the hips/thigh but tapered to a slim fit at the hem. One of the best sources for a perfect fit for me turned out to be from Levis. Boy’s Husky size 12 turns out to be exactly the 32X27 that I need. And Levis boys sizes are made to last, just like the “adult” versions. Search Levis Boys Husky size chart to find your best fit there.

in my recent experience, the Lee “28in” are 29in length and the 29’s are now longer… i didn’t bother exploring any further than that.

Bonobos has shorter jeans! I’m going to try my first pair this week.

Regarding most of the bigger brands above that claim to have 28 inch inseams—good luck finding them. I never have.

I’ve got some 28” inseam Mavi jeans from stitch fix…but they don’t have any true blue jeans, only colored denim. Mine are tan.

I’ve ordered some Dearborn jeans. The first 28” inseams I got were 3-4 inches too long. Awaiting the exchange pair. Hoping the original pair were sized wrong.

Best luck I’ve had is buying Levi’s kids 511 jeans with the stretch fit in 28/28.

Im 5'4 to with a 28 inch inseam do you think we look funny when sitting down on the floor..?LIKE little kids I think short little legs I feel really akward i think most people notice that to.Let me know if its just my perspective when sitting or if its true we just look bad.I tried making my legs thicker by squating in hopes of making it less noticetable in my perspextive but i think its hopeless
