Refund process was too difficult. Did not get full refund. Representative on phone was short with me and rude. She sounded like she had a very frustrating job and that should tell you something about this company. Why risk it with Jomashop when other large companies I will not name promise customers satisfaction. Check other authentic review cites and BBB before giving them your money.

Just bought an Alpina Alpiner 4 automatic GMT for £715 inc taxes and international shipping. UK retail was £1880 and cheapest I saw in the sale here was £1380. Only issue is the deals drag you in and you’re always looking for the next one…

All of the watches I received were genuine (double checked by inspecting the movements, also paperwork, box, etc). However, their shipping and customer service are hit-or-miss. For example, the 4th watch I tried to purchase was listed as in-stock but after not receiving if for a couple of weeks I contacted them, only to be told (after contacting them twice and waiting several days) that it was out-of-stock. However on Ebay, they continued to sell that watch, listing as in-stock. The first purchase was the only one that went smoothly. Watches 2 and 3 got “lost” and they were rather slow to respond (I contacted them many times over the course of a week). Their customer service from my experience, is fairly shoddy.

Baumé & Mercier Classima Chronograph
Hamilton Khaki Air Race GMT
Hamilton Khaki Field Day Date Auto

The first two I have had for 10 years, my B&M was sent in for warranty repairs and I had no issues. Air Race is flawless. Got the Hamilton field day date last year and no issues. Always came with box and instruction book.

I just purchased the fourth, Omega Seamaster 300M. This one I hesitated on because of the price and should I spend extra for piece of mind. However I decided that the savings was worth the risk based on past experience. I don’t buy to resell so Basically at 2 to 5 years are banking on the watch working as expected.

I also paid $29.95 for next day delivery, and the watch should have arrived today but it did not. I don’t mind waiting a day extra for the watch but I feel they should refund the shipping charge, which normally would have been free. We’ll see what they do.

I highly recommend them for mid level watches and all colognes. I would always worry if I am dropping $5k-$10k or more on a watch without a warranty.

A friend of mine bought an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean from them a few years ago without any issues and we’re considering a Cartier watch that JOMASHOP has on hand, for my wife.

Everything went perfectly except for the last watch which I had difficulty setting, I was not familiar with the operation, Joma responded to my email with detailed instructions and solved the issue.

Sorry to hear that! I’ve always found their customer support to be responsive. Have you tried contacting them on social media?

I bought a Hamilton Khaki Field Mechanical from Jomashop. (Before reading your article, I’m afraid.) It arrived without a warranty card of any kind and missing the instruction booklet. It made me concerned that the watch had been returned from a previous purchaser. Jomashop is unreachable now by phone or chat, and emails go unanswered. I love the watch and would be happy to exchange for a model that had all the proper accompanying warranty card and instructions, i.e., looked new in all respects. Any thoughts or advice?
